Travis and George both watched the first two episodes of #wandavision on @disneyplus.

Travis watched the latest @charltonbrooker series, Death to 2020. Whilst George watched #disenchantment season 3.

We venture to a simpler, more independent time.... 2000. In our on-going Chain Movie sessions, we follow Michelle Rodriguez to her feature debut, Girlfight.

Also, in a strange twist of fate (and certainly not planned) George and Travis watched the same movies!

We watched Pixar's Soul, and Warner Bros' WW84

Next week we will be talking about Carlito's Way (George's first time watching it), for the Chain Movie. George has smashed his way through all of Twin Peaks, and Travis consumed the documentary, Totally Under Control.

On a totally different track, George smashed his way through Seasons 1, 2, and 3 of Twin Peaks.

Episode 93: 12 Years A Slave

This week we follow up Jordan Peele's Us with 12 Years A Slave. Other than that, it's been a very "meh" viewing session for us both. George wanted 2019's Little Monsters (Prime Video), and Illumination's The Grinch (Netflix). He also rewatched the Christmas classic, The Muppets Christmas Carol (Netflix). Meanwhile, Travis watched Brian Cranston in Your Honor (Stan), and the Paul Fieg movie, A Simple Favour. As we always do, we get side-tracked and talk randomly about the recently announced Star Wars/Disney+ shows and movies, and a little about Cyberpunk.

Episode 94: Widows

This week we talk about Steven McQueen's Widows. Starring Viola Davis, Michelle Rodriguez, and Elizabeth Debicki. Next week we follow Michelle to her breakout movie, Girlfight (2000).

Travis started watching the new CBS show, The Stand, and endured Sly Stallone's (2001) Driven on Stan.

Meanwhile, George watched The King on Netflix, starring Timothée Chalamet, and rewatched the Syfy Channel's version of Dune.

This week we are going to review the Spike Lee joint, BlackkKlansman. Coming off of last week's Inside Man, this is a very different experience.

George gorged himself on pulp stories... namely the recent Lovecraft Country TV series, and the book it is based on.

ELsewhere, Holiday Trav watched more of The Crown, and It: Chapter 2

Finally, George and Travis will be talking about Bruce Springsteen's latest album.

Following on from last week's #chainmovie of Star Trek: The Undiscovered Country, we followed Christopher Plummer to this rather unusual Spike Lee joint.

Meanwhile, Travis and George watched the latest offering from Christopher Nolan, care of #Tenet -- our return to traditional cinema in over eight months.

George also played #Titanfall2, #Gears5, and some of Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order. He also listened to Puscifer's new album, and the new album from AC/DC.

This week Travis and George explore the unknown frontier of the future with the classic Col War inspired Star Trek: The Undiscovered Country. Next week Travis has chosen to follow Christopher Plummer to The Inside Man for our #chainmovie.

Meanwhile, George watched the Next Generation Star Trek movies and they don't really stand the test of time.

Travis experienced Puscifer and their online Live show, and watched #Netflix original movie, Trial of the Chicago Seven.

Then George's final chain movie -- before handing the reins over to Travis once more -- is revealed to be the Cold War Star Trek movie, The Undiscovered Country. Travis talks about the new Russell Crowe movie, Unhinged, the new Netflix series, The Queen's Gambit, and Seduced. Elsewhere, George discusses the unusual, old-fashioned stylings of Netflix's remake of Rebecca, and he revisits Battlestar Galactica.

Meanwhile George watched Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and That's My Boy.

Also George posits the question, “What franchises from our childhood remain strong, and are still creating content?”
